MICHICON 2003

We have 3 Fokker D.VII's and a Pfalz D.XII swirling around 2 British S.E.5a's, a Sopwith Camel and a SPAD XIII.  It appears that things are about to get dicey.  Lt. R. Siegle (closest S.E.5a) gets his first kill this mission.

Lt. Siegle and yours truly present arms in recognition of Lt. Bailey's first kill and promotion to 1st Lieutenant.

MICHICON 2003

The plotting phase.  All the pilots are plotting 3 increments of fire, altitude and movement.  Trying to guess where their opponent is going to be while keeping themselves out of harm's way.

Little Wars 2004

The 6pm Saturday night game at Little Wars in Chicago.  Although the game is set to run with 10 pilots, we ran 13 on this mission due to demand.  It was a target rich environment and was a great deal of fun to watch.

Little Wars 2004

The map was crowded with 13 pilots.  It appears 12 of the pilots forgot the cardinal rule of avoiding the middle of the map.  With that many planes, the amount of lead flying made survival a difficult endeavor.
