Aerodrome Columbus Orden Pour le Merite (Blue Max) Winners

All players in my Aerodrome 1.1 campaign are awarded a museum quality replica Blue Max medal when they achieve a cumulative total of 25 aerial victories.  Should they obtain 50 kills, they are awarded the Blue Max with oak cluster which indicates a subsequent award.  All Blue Max winners get to add 1 to their damage total any time they hit an opponent along with other in game perks.  Earning 25 kills in Aerodrome is no easy task.  It requires skill, dedication and a bit of luck.  Such an accomplishment deserves special recognition.  This page was created to honor those few skilled players who win the coveted Orden Pour le Merite and their subsequent promotion to the rank of Colonel.

Colonel

Mark "Cleaner" Rosenberger

Mark has held the top ranked ace position for my campaign several times.  It took him only two conventions to demonstrate his exceptional prowess in Aerodrome.  He prefers to fly his trusty Pfalz D.XII and is willing to use his rank to secure the aircraft from his subordinates.  Mark has recently constructed several models for his personal use.  We hope to have a photo of them soon.  He has been observed flying his Sopwith Triplane quite often recently.  Mark has won several events and awards, they are:

Colonel

Mike "The Wolf" Justice

Call Sign: The Wolf

Mike has been the "kill" leader for the Great Lakes campaign numerous times.  Mike is also the first pilot in the Aerodrome Columbus/Great Lakes campaign to reach 50 kills and win the Blue Max with oak cluster.  Mike became an ace the first day he played Aerodrome.  He quickly became addicted to the fast play and strategy.  He proves his skill every time he takes to the skies.  Mike now mostly assists running the game at various conventions and generally only participates when there is an opening that needs filled to balance a mission.  Mike likes to fly the S.E.5a, Snipe and the Pfalz D.XII but also custom built a Pfalz Dr.I to surprise his opponents with.  He has 5 planes in his personal hangar and his chosen color scheme is black and orange.  Mike has won numerous events and awards, they are:

Colonel

Mike "Jäger" Walter

Mike currently holds records for single convention scoring.  Mike started flying at CAPCON in 2003.  On his first day, he flew 12 missions and was shot down 12 times.  On the next day, he exacted revenge and downed 8 planes.  Mike has shown great determination and persistence in his efforts to master the strategies of Aerodrome.  Mike has accomplished this goal and is without a doubt, one of the elite pilots of this campaign.

Mike likes to fly the Fokker D.VII but has lately developed a fondness for the Austro-Hungarian Oeffag 253.  Mike has also recently constructed his own Siemanns-Schukkert D.IV and is flying it often.  Mike has won several events and awards, they are:
