Colonel

Brian Sobb

Brian has been a splendid addition to our Great Lakes Aerodrome campaign.  He is enthusiastic & competitive yet maintains a wonderful degree of sportsmanship.   Colonel Sobb, as do most pilots, has hot and cold streaks but is generally an efficient pilot who should be watched carefully.  Brian has helped infect several other gamers with the "Aerodrome Bug".   He is also a steadfast and loyal pilot.  Colonel Sobb is an expert model builder/painter and freely loans his equipment for others to use.  Brian has won:

Replica Pour le Merite (Blue Max) medal.
Aerodrome Knights Cross
Aerodrome Pilot Wings (silver & gold)
Imperial German Iron Cross Jack Flag

 Colonel

Tom Weiland

Colonel Weiland is one of the Aerodrome Great Lakes original pilots. He and a group of his friends have made Aerodrome a staple on their gaming menus.  Quiet and unimposing, it is unwise to not keep an eye out for his aircraft.  Tom has assisted briefing new players and is always willing to help.  Colonel Weiland has always been proficient and over the last year his stats have continued to get better and better.  I have no doubt he will continue to climb in the rankings and will also remain a force to be reckoned with.  Tom has won:

Replica Orden Pour le Merite (Blue Max)
Aerodrome Knights Cross
Aerodrome Order of the Black Eagle
Aerodrome Pilot Wings (gold)
RAF Ensign Flag
Imperial German Iron Cross Jack Flag

 Colonel

Jeremy "Bullet Magnet" Gottschalk

Colonel Gottschalk started his pilot career on a high note.  Subsequently, he went in to a slump during which he earned the call sign "Bullet Magnet".  Jeremy climbed out of his slump in a big way at Origins 2005.  He earned his Aerodrome Order of the Black Eagle, won an event and earned his Blue Max.  Jeremy is quick to offer assistance at events and takes all the ribbing in stride.  Jeremy has won:

Replica Orden Pour le Merite (Blue Max)
Replica Orden Pour le Merite W/Oak Cluster
Aerodrome Knights Cross
Aerodrome Order of the Black Eagle
Aerodrome Pilot Wings (silver & gold)
WWII Wings Over America Flag
